About
Philosophy of care
As a parent, I empathize with the stress of having a sick child and the accompanying anxiety of uncertainty. My aim is to offer care and education to patients and their families in a manner that empowers them. I believe parents have the deepest understanding of their child, and it is a privilege for me to provide them care.
Why I entered medicine
I pursued a career in nursing because I thrive in the fast-paced health care environment and appreciate the opportunity to make someone laugh or smile during their time of need. I pursued further education to become a nurse practitioner because I want to be the person patients turn to for help.
Personal interests
Beyond my professional life, I find joy in spending time with my wife, our two sons and our two Labradors. We love being outdoors, whether hiking or just playing and regardless of the weather. I also take pleasure in playing golf, running and tackling DIY projects around the house.
