About

Philosophy of care

By providing preventive care and timely curative measures while supporting and encouraging guardians, I believe I can foster a medical home where children grow up happy, healthy and able to meet their full potential. With me as their pediatrician, families will find patience, compassion, empathy, cultural sensitivity, a team approach and evidence-based medicine.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine with a curiosity for medical science, dedication to life-long learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Community involvement

My charity involvement has included teaching children's music, dance and after-school STEM. I have volunteered with Global Medical Brigades, Habitat for Humanity, St. Baldrick's, Rock Steady Boxing, and Girl Scouts. Lately, I have begun working with the SPCA.

Personal interests

I enjoy taking walks, especially near lakes or ponds, cooking, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, attending fitness classes, skiing and trips to the beach.
