About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is to incorporate every aspect of the patient into my medical decision-making. I strive to form personal connections with patients and their families to ensure comfort and trust.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine to fulfill my desire to always improve others. Both my parents were in the medical field and as a youngster I listened to their stories about improving patients' lives. As I grew older, I realized I could not envision myself doing anything else.

Community involvement

I thoroughly enjoy mentoring and teaching medical students who rotate through LVHN. I was fortunate when I was in their shoes not too long ago to have great mentors and role models. My goal is to pay it forward and continue to teach young minds.

Personal interests

In my free time, I enjoy plenty of exercise and cooking. I am an avid sports fan and spend fall weekends rooting for my favorite football teams: the Ursinus College Bears (Saturdays) and the Los Angeles Chargers (Sundays).
