Page Hierarchy
The Amputee Support Group meets monthly and offers emotional, educational, financial and peer support to individuals who have experienced limb loss or are living with limb differences. Families, caregivers and community members are always welcome to join in our mission. We promote healing, independence and a high quality of life through shared experiences and resources.
The Amputee Support Group works to:
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for you to share experiences and challenges
- Offer educational resources
- Connect you with medical professionals, therapists and social workers
- Advocate for amputee rights and accessibility
- Foster a sense of belonging and encouragement through mentorship and a peer visitor program
- Provide financial support to amputees in need
- Support the limb-loss community by promoting community involvement
