The Executive Health Program is a one-day package of health services performed from 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Health Center at Palmer Township at Northampton Crossings in Easton, where you will meet with appropriate physicians and caregivers, and go through exams and tests tailored to your needs.
A typical day could include:
- Welcome, a greeting by an LVHN internal medicine physician who will go over your personalized agenda for the day. Your agenda is arranged at a pre-program meeting with a nurse navigator, who will assess your needs with you.
- Vital signs, including your body temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure and respiration rate, taken by a medical assistant.
- Diagnostic testing, including a variety of ultrasounds and blood tests depending upon your personalized agenda.
- Vision exam, a 10-minute assessment by a medical assistant.
- Hearing test, offered by an LVHN audiology specialist at the health center’s Audiology Suite.
- Cardiac stress test, conducted by an LVHN cardiologist.
- Skin cancer screening, visual examination of your skin by an LVHN cancer specialist.
- Depression and anxiety screening, conducted by an LVHN mental health specialist.
- Vaccination review, conducted by an LVHN internal medicine physician.
- Nutritional assessment, conducted by an LVHN registered dietitian.
- Wellness coaching and body composition assessment, conducted by a certified LVHN health and wellness coach.
- Complete review, where an LVHN internal medicine physician goes over the results of your medical exams and screenings, and makes recommendations on ways to improve your health and well-being going forward.
Mammography services at the health center’s Breast Health Suite are included for women patients. Travel medicine suggestions are offered for all patients when applicable. LVHN assists in navigating any follow-up care and referrals deemed necessary. Breakfast and lunch are also included in the program.
