About
Philosophy of care
On our inpatient unit we like to emphasize safe, effective and evidence-based care that is family and patient-centered.
Why I entered medicine
I chose a medical career because I have a deep desire to help children and allow them to grow into happy and healthy adults. I have always been fascinated by the complexities of diseases and the treatments available to help a child overcome an acute illness.
Community involvement
I am on the board of the BaseCamp Athletic Club, a non-profit based in New Jersey that brings people together to move in a healthy way (run, bike, walk, volunteer) to enhance community and personal development. I am also a volunteer youth coach, and I run a summer youth cross-country program.
Personal interests
My interests include competitive running and marathoning.
