Step-by-Step Instructions
- Sign into your account.
- Tap the “Visits” icon and click the green “Schedule an appointment” button. Any eligible services your doctor ordered will show up.
- Your test will appear at the top of the page under “Appointments you need to schedule.” Click “Schedule now.”
Don’t have a MyLVHN account? Now is the time to sign up. Visit MyLVHN.org or download the free MyLVHN app, available on the App Store or Google Play, and click on “create an account.”
