Position Overview
Join a team of general ob/gyn physicians who work with midwives, ob/gyn hospitalists, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists at our largest network maternity hospital. This campus supports over 3000 births annually and serves as a referral hospital for our 4 other network maternity hospitals and for other regional facilities outside our network. Our hospitalists serve as the primary teaching faculty for the ob/gyn residents and medical students, and they work closely with our maternal fetal medicine physicians for management of high-risk patients. Newborn services include a Level IV NICU and access to our Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital pediatricians, including medical and surgical specialists. Limited hospital-based gynecology care may also be performed. Opportunities exist for participation in education, clinical research, quality and patient safety, and healthcare administration.
