SummaryResponsible for supporting our team in optimizing and streamlining our supply chain processes. Must possess a strong background in supply chain management and process improvement, with a track record of success in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process improvement plans, and measure and report on performance metrics. This position will also act as a liaison between interconnecting departments, handle scheduling, as well as institute change through the internal change management program in Supply Chain.
Job Duties
- Orchestrates Operational Excellence initiatives, including process evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with teams to advocate for compliance and ongoing enhancement. Facilitate the creation and execution of process optimization plans that include the formulation of new procedures, the adoption of best practices, and the refinement of existing operations.
- Creates and maintains learning materials such as workflow diagrams, digital manuals, and procedures for organizational knowledge transfer and personnel transition processes.
- Establishes a change management structure that empowers staff, provides channels for input, and channels feedback to senior leadership.
- Documents and monitors all Operational Excellence engagement activities, offering insights to leaders and driving continuous development. Gather and interpret data to uncover patterns and possibilities for advancement. Perform process audits to guarantee adherence to established norms and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or a related field or substantial professional experience will be considered.
- 3 years developing initiatives and managing resources geared towards strategic and operational goals or
- 3 years monitoring end-to-end process flows to ensure conformity with organizational standards.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, aiming to streamline operations through technological innovation.
- Adept at driving progress in a fast-paced environment and acting as a catalyst for change.
- Capable of multitasking and managing concurrent projects to achieve organizational goals.
- Dedicated to resolving complex issues and delegating tasks effectively to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proficient in Personal Computing, including advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and e-procurement tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Eloquent in communication, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across cultural boundaries and geographic locations.
- An in-depth understanding of technical, business, and commercial principles, with a strong emphasis on information governance.
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
