Understanding Hospice Care
When you or your loved one faces a terminal illness and the expectation is managing pain symptoms, Hospice care is that alternative medical care that is provided as you or your loved one approaches the journey toward end-of-life.
Hospice care is approached with the gentle understanding and compassionate care from a team of seasoned and experienced hospice nurses, physicians, spiritual support for the patient and family, volunteers, and aids.
Within the tranquil atmosphere of the Monroe County Hospice House, we provide these services where you or your loved one stay in a private room, spacious access to scenic views outdoors, use of a fully functional kitchen, beautiful dining room, and peaceful availability of the meditation room.
