If you are a first-time pregnant mom who lives in Monroe, Carbon or Pike counties and are WIC-eligible or have a lower income, you may benefit from the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP).
Our registered nurses provide support and education through home visits to help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy school-ready child. The Nurse-Family Partnership program has been independently reviewed and evaluated and is ranked as the gold standard of home visiting programs.
Who can enroll in NFP?
- First-time mothers
- Fewer than 28 weeks pregnant
- Those who are Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) eligible/low income
- Must live in Monroe, Carbon or Pike counties
More than 300,000 first-time moms have participated in the program. It’s entirely voluntary and created just for you.
