Arielle Arbushites, MSW, is a licensed social worker and manager of support services for LVHN Home Care and Hospice.
What started as a recorded message dedicated to her team is now a video series we’re sharing with you. There are pieces of Arielle’s message that we can all take to heart.
In the series we’re calling “Coffee with Arielle,” she offers tips and tools for emotional wellbeing and reminds us all that we’re in this together and we’re #LVHNCOVIDStrong.
Hello everybody,
How’s it going? I know these days our routines feel anything but normal. Social distancing, working from home and school closures impact each of us in different ways and may leave us feeling like things are out of our control.
Think of three simple things you do to start your day. What stays the same, no matter what changes around you? For me, it’s drinking a cup of coffee, taking a shower and getting my son ready for the day.
So, grab your coffee (or tea) and watch my video to hear about how to find normalcy in these unprecedented times.
Thank you for all that you do. Until next time…
Much love and wash your hands,
Arielle
