This quote is a guiding mantra for LVHN Scheduling Operations Specialist Marissa Robbins, who has been with LVHN for five years. Robbins also is a Colleague Ambassador, a team of 1,500 LVHN superstars who share LVHN news and information at work and in the community and inspire others to be LVHN Proud.

While Robbins credits fellow Colleague Ambassador Christina Hoffman with coming up with the quote, she says it deeply resonate with her, especially considering the “setback” COVID-19 has caused in all our lives. She thinks the quote can be very meaningful to all LVHN colleagues because of their drive to continuously improve.

Robbins has been working at home during this crisis and sees the challenges COVID-19 has brought to our colleagues, families, communities and health network. “I know this pandemic has brought setbacks,” Robbins says, “but I also know that when it is over, LVHN will be even stronger as we continue to do what is best for our patients.”

Robbins encourages colleagues who may find themselves struggling, to reach out to other colleagues, Colleague Ambassadors or friends and family to keep their spirits up. Her message is simple: “Stay strong. Don’t panic. Brighter days are ahead of us. And remember, the comeback is always greater than the setback.”
