  Have you ever wondered what mindfulness is? Or how to practice mindfulness? NOW is the time to learn in a short, virtual and free seminar called Mindfulness On-the-Spot.
Mindfulness On-the-Spot will teach you simple mindfulness strategies to use anywhere at any time in a single 45-minute session.
On Wednesday, Nov. 9, you have a choice of two virtual sessions of Mindfulness On-the-Spot. Each session includes an overview of mindfulness as well as a professionally led meditation exercise. Pick the time that works best for you:
