Here’s how we’re delivering the care you trust in our LVPG and Coordinated Health practices.
We guarantee same-day appointments virtually or in person.
We also screen patients and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms as they enter.
Patient arrival times are staggered, and waiting room seating is spaced to support social distancing. Everyone must wear a face mask.
At certain LVPG practices, you may be asked to call us and remain in your vehicle until it’s time to come in.
You also can check in virtually through the MyLVHN app.
Once inside, we’ll take you back to your exam room.
You’ll see how our team is cleaning and disinfecting all areas, and signs indicate that it’s been cleaned. Plus, our caregivers wear PPE every time you receive face-to-face care.
