What does it take to become an Lehigh Valley Physician Group practice manager? For Michelle Loux, it took three career changes and a lot of support along the way.
Since she joined LVHN in 2015, Michelle has been a guest services representative, patient access scheduler and patient access supervisor. Recently, she was promoted to practice manager for LVPG Obstetrics and Gynecology–Pond Road and Lehigh Valley Hospital–17th Street.
