Every November, the eHealthcare Leadership Awards are announced at the Healthcare Internet Conference, a national gathering of health care marketing and communications professionals. This year, more than 1,000 entries were submitted for these awards, across 18 categories, and LVHN was honored nationally with three eHealthcare Leadership Awards for our commitment to your digital experience.

Platinum award for Best Provider Directory

LVHN’s Find a Doctor section of LVHN.org is designed to help you easily find the right primary care clinician or specialist. Its intuitive design, comprehensive clinician profiles and consumer-friendly scheduling experience were among the reasons our Find a Doctor directory was recognized with the first-place platinum award in this category.

Gold award for Best Digital Marketing Campaign

Engagement in your health starts with easy access to tools like MyLVHN, where you can communicate with your care team, schedule appointments, check test results and more. To encourage you to get started, our team launched a campaign to make it simple to sign up. Once enrolled, you receive a series of “Welcome to MyLVHN” emails and text messages that highlight MyLVHN’s helpful features. For those already enrolled, we send personalized campaigns that remind you to schedule important screenings and appointments if you need them, such as annual well visits and lung cancer screenings.

To make it easier for you to schedule, we overhauled the experience, ensuring that making an appointment online is easy, friendly and successful. This comprehensive approach earned LVHN a gold award for best digital marketing campaign.
