Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is continuing to improve upon your patient experience by introducing a new billing statement format. Our new statements provide a better understanding of the balances and services associated with your visit.
Some of the new features you can expect to see on your new billing statement include:
- Clearly marked sections and large print so you can locate information quickly.
- A Bill Summary listing guarantor, statement and insurance information in an easy-to-understand format.
- Convenient ways to make payment, including online, phone and Quick Response (QR) Codes. All methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using these options means payments are posted in real time with no delay.
- Detailed visit information, including the facility where you were seen, the name of your doctor, a description of service(s) you received, and the payments and adjustments associated with each.
- For security purposes, we have eliminated the option of sending credit card information through the mail, which reduces the possibility of identity theft.
- A new mailing address in Boston, Massachusetts, which will improve correspondence and payment processing time.

You also have the option to contact our Customer Service Department at 484-884-1300. A representative will be more than happy to discuss your account, how the balance was processed and answer questions. Office hours are 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday to Friday.
You also can access your billing information through MyLVHN.org. MyLVHN allows you to set up a payment plan with an auto-withdraw option and has more information about LVHN’s Financial Assistance Program.
