Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Coordinated Health Occupational Medicine clinics have partnered together to better serve the Hazleton market, effective April 1, 2021.
This consolidation combines the excellent care provided at both Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton and LVHN–Coordinated Health at 26 Station Circle.
Colleagues requiring preemployment services, drug screens, sick visits or injury care can all be seen at the Station Circle location.
For specialty care and rehabilitation services, colleagues can make an appointment at either Coordinated Health at 26 Station Circle or Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton.
Colleagues requiring after-hour services can visit Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Hazleton Emergency Room, which is available for work-related injuries.
The 24/7 Virtual Injury Center remains open for non-emergent needs. With this integration, all services formerly provided at Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton Occupation Medicine are available at Station Circle. These services include chiropractic medicine, orthopedics, podiatry and sports medicine.
