Earlier this week, LVHN EMS in Hazleton received a very generous donation of masks from a retired nurse in the community. When she saw the need for personal protective equipment (PPE) and LVHN's request for homemade masks from anyone who could make them, she sprung into action. The EMS workers who now wear them proudly – while maintaining physical distance! – are very grateful for her generosity and thank everyone who has been able to make and give masks to frontline health care workers who need them.
