Schuylkill Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Where: Schuylkill Haven Area High School Gymnasium, 501 E Main St., Schuylkill Haven, PA

Lehigh Valley Health Network is proud to partner with the Schuylkill Haven Area and Blue Mountain School Districts to provide a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Schuylkill Haven Area High School. The clinic will be open to anyone 12 years of age and older. The clinic will be held in the Schuylkill Haven Area High School gymnasium, signs will be posted at the appropriate entrance.

The Pfizer vaccine will be administered and is free of charge. We ask that anyone receiving a vaccination fill out a consent form and review the EUA Fact Sheet ahead of time. *Please note: Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive the vaccination.

Pre-registration is required to secure your vaccine. Registration can be done by clicking here. Walk-ins are welcome as long as supplies are available. If a parent/guardian is registering a child, the child’s name and demographics should be used. The Pfizer vaccine is a two-dose vaccine. The second inoculation will occur at Schuylkill Haven Area High School on August 20 from 4-6 p.m.
