You want to reach your peak sports performance potential, and LVHN has the tools to help. Our certified sports performance specialists evaluate each athlete individually and create a personalized training plan designed to help you meet your goals.
Our training plans and evaluation tools
Our coaches use the latest evaluation tools, which analyze an athlete’s current performance level and identify areas for improvement:
- Brower laser timing system: Measures time, counts repetitions and speed to within 1/1,000 second accuracy
- Just Jump system: Device that assesses lower body muscular power and vertical jump height
- Functional movement screen (FMS): Allows analysis of athlete movement patterns, helping to identify any faulty movements and preventing future injury
- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening: Premier golf-specific injury assessment and movement screening
- On Base U screening: Premier baseball-specific injury assessment and movement screening

Types of performance programs
We offer the following menu of performance programs aimed at meeting your specific sport, fitness and/or life goals. These programs are offered at Sports Performance–2030 Highland Avenue.
Program designed to increase a golfer’s ability to move better, create power and improve swing mechanics. Get program packages and pricing.
Program tailored for the middle school-age athlete that lays the foundation for long-term athletic development.
- 8 one-hour sessions ($100/month)
- Team discounts sessions are available for five or more athletes.
Program tailored to the high school athlete who wants to improve performance and gain the competitive edge.
- 8 one-hour sessions ($120/month)
- Team discounted sessions are available for five or more athletes.
Personal training to fit an individual’s specific needs.

- 30-minute sessions
- One session ($65)

Same focus as “one-on-one performance” but can include up to five other clients per session. Only offered as one-hour sessions.

Program designed by our sports medicine experts to provide pre-/post rehabilitation athletes with a full exercise routine and testing protocols to reduce the risk for reinjury and ensure an athlete is ready to return to his/her respective sport(s). This program is offered at Sports Performance–2030 Highland Avenue and LVHN Fitness at One City Center on a year-round basis.
- Initial evaluation: $30
- One-hour session ($40)
- 8-session package ($200/month)
Program for those looking to gain strength, balance and endurance. Classes are a full hour in length.
- $100/month
Program for older adults looking to improve leg strength, core, flexibility and balance. Classes are 30 minutes in length.
- $80/month
