Annette White, Esq., is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer for Lehigh Valley Health Network. She has served at LVHN since 2021. She oversees the health network’s legal, compliance, risk management and human resources teams and serves as a strategic partner in support of LVHN’s initiatives and objectives. Ms. White advises on a variety of subjects including corporate governance, major contracts and transactions, regulatory compliance, tax-exempt issues, litigation, research and intellectual property, health IT policy and systems, labor and employment, medical staff and patient care matters, and outside counsel management.

Ms. White came to LVHN from Sanford Health – one of the country’s largest nonprofit health care systems with operations in 26 states and nine countries – where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. She helped to shepherd that organization’s strategic growth through multiple mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, as well as provided leadership for several transformational initiatives. Prior to Sanford, Ms. White gained substantial experience in private practice, including serving as a senior associate with Morgan Lewis, a global law firm with more than 2,000 attorneys.

Ms. White earned both her law degree and bachelor’s degree in history at the University of Kansas.
