Right after fellowship, Antonio and his wife moved to Cherry Hill, N.J., just outside of Philadelphia. He accepted a full-time sports medicine position with Reconstructive Orthopedics, part of Virtua Health System. As a non-operative orthopedist, his responsibilities include concussion management, fracture care and non-operative treatments for sports-related injuries, including ultrasound-guided injections and percutaneous needle tenotomy. He also continues to cover sporting events at the high school level.
