Ashlee was born and raised in Fontana, Calif. She stayed local for undergraduate, receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Riverside. Before attending medical school at Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, she worked as a teacher’s aide for children with special needs. Inspired by her upbringing and relationship with her grandparents, her passion lies with serving under-resourced communities with a focus on the geriatric and LGBTQ+ populations. Outside of medicine, she enjoys exploring new foods, traveling and spending time with family, her partner and dog.
