Christine Biege, MHA, BSN, is the first President of Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Carbon. Ms. Biege is responsible for overall operations at the hospital, which opened in June 2022. LVH–Carbon is part of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN)’s Northwest Region with LVH–Hazleton and LVH–Schuylkill.

Ms. Biege had served as Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services, at LVHN–Coordinated Health, where she had oversight of 23 operating and surgical procedure rooms, as well as all clinical services. LVHN acquired Coordinated Health in December 2019. She had been Vice President of Patient Care Services at Coordinated Health since January 2017.

Previously, Ms. Biege served as Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Support Services and Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance Director at Easton Hospital. She also enjoyed a long career as a registered nurse and spent four years as Facility Administrator at Palmerton Dialysis Center–DaVita in the Carbon County area.

Ms. Biege earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Temple University and received her master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Walden University. She resides with her family in Bath.
