Edward Easterly, Esq., is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a position he has held since 2024.

Mr. Easterly spent a great deal of his career providing guidance to businesses and individuals in the Lehigh Valley region on a variety of human resources-related matters. Immediately before joining LVHN in 2023 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment, he provided legal services to clients, including LVHN, as the founding member of the law firm Hoffman, Hlavac & Easterly.

Mr. Easterly attended Muhlenberg College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a minor in political science. He earned a Juris Doctor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He serves on the Boards of The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties and Boys & Girls Club of Allentown.

He and his wife, Ashely, have two sons, Johnny and Charlie.
