Harry Ciavarella has been a member of the Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill Board of Directors since 2019. Mr. Ciavarella is Senior Vice President of the Corporate Banking Group at M&T Bank. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Team Leader in M&T’s Business Banking Division. He joined M&T Bank in 2010.

Mr. Ciavarella is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He also is a graduate of both Schuylkill Executive Leadership and Leadership Berks.

Mr. Ciavarella is active with many community organizations. He is on the Board of Directors of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, an Advisory Council Member of the Family Business Alliance of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, School Board Director for the Pottsville Area School District, past Judge for the Launch Pottsville Program through Pottsville Area Development Corporation, past Judge for the Penn State YEA! Program, and former Vice President and Board Member of the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley.

Mr. Ciavarella resides in Pottsville with his wife and three children.
