Holly Badali, MBA, RN, is President of Neighborhood Hospitals for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). She is responsible for overall operations of LVHN’s state-of-the-art health campuses, which provide high-quality, innovative inpatient, emergency, primary and specialty care. Neighborhood hospitals are licensed acute care hospitals, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and staffed with board-certified/board-eligible physicians and emergency trained nurses.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Badali served as Chief Nursing Officer for Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, N.J. She began her career as a bedside nurse, working nearly 10 years in neurology, interventional radiology and critical care before becoming a nurse manager. Her 18 years of leadership experience include a broad range of nursing and hospital operations roles, from director to vice president.

Ms. Badali received a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s in nursing from Eastern University. She earned Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University and is board-certified as a Nurse Executive by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has presented nationally for Press Ganey, American Association of Critical Care Nurses and Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
