James C. Miller, CRNA, MS, MBA, is Regional President of the Jefferson Health–Lehigh East Region. In this role, he oversees Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Muhlenberg, LVH–Hecktown Oaks, LVH–Pocono, LVH–Dickson City, LVH–Macungie, LVH–Gilbertsville, LVHN–1503 N. Cedar Crest, LVHN–Highland Avenue and Hanover Hill Behavioral Health. Mr. Miller also serves as Senior Vice President of Lehigh Valley Institute for Surgical Excellence and Senior Vice President of Perioperative Services.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Miller was President of LVH–Muhlenberg and LVH–Hecktown Oaks, and Chief Operating Officer of LVH–Cedar Crest.

Mr. Miller joined LVHN in 2002 as a certified registered nurse anesthetist and began his leadership journey in 2005 as Network Director of Anesthesia and Perfusion Services, where he led numerous quality and process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Holy Family University, a Master of Science from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University. He is a graduate of the Academy GE Fellows program for administrative executive and LVHN’s Institute for Health Care Leadership program. Mr. Miller is actively involved in the community. He is a member of the Greater Easton Development Partnership and Cetronia Ambulance Board of Directors.
