I’m Jason Laskosky and I practice as a clinical pharmacy specialist in critical care with Lehigh Valley Health Network department of pharmacy. I received my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and am a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. I have provided publications and presentations in the areas of critical care and toxicology, am involved in research and education, and participate on numerous institutional-level clinical and performance improvement initiatives.
