Jeanne Boyer Porter is Vice Chair of the Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill Board of Directors. She is the retired Vice President of Community Relations for Boyer’s Food Markets, Inc., a company based in Orwigsburg, Pa., with 17 locations in northeastern Pennsylvania.  

Ms. Boyer Porter is a former member of the Schuylkill Health Board and past Chair of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of M&T Bank, Servants to All, St. Joseph’s Center and Orwigsburg Veterans Memorial Task Force boards.   

Ms. Boyer Porter is a member of Salem United Methodist Church and Team Orwigsburg mission group. She is a past member of the Schuylkill United Way Board, Schuylkill Vision, American Cancer Society Advisory Board, and Eagle Foundation of BMSD. She holds an associate degree from Brandywine College of Widener University. 

Daughter of the late Harold and Doris Boyer, Ms. Boyer Porter and her husband Kenneth L. Porter reside in Auburn, Pa., and have two grown children, Lyle and Brian.
