Jennifer Brennan earned her master's in nutrition science from University of St. Joseph in Connecticut and a BS in nutrition and dietetics from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. She has been a registered dietitian since 1990 and has been a dietitian at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute since 2005. She is a certified specialist in oncology nutrition (CSO), a registered dietitian-nutritionist through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a licensed dietitian-nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
