Jennifer Roeder is Vice President of Practice and Institute Operations for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). Ms. Roeder began her career with LVHN in 2004 as Program Coordinator within the division of Rehabilitation Services where her distinctive leadership and dedication to multidisciplinary patient care helped build the foundation of LVHN’s outpatient specialty rehabilitation programs.

In 2011, Ms. Roeder joined Coordinated Health to share her program development expertise and enhance outpatient rehabilitation services and ambulatory offerings. As part of her continued commitment to expand musculoskeletal services throughout the region, Ms. Roeder joined Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG) as Administrator for Musculoskeletal Services in 2017.

While supporting the successful integration of several mid- and large-sized private practice orthopedic groups and musculoskeletal service lines, including orthopedics, pain management, physiatry, podiatry, chiropractic and rheumatology, Ms. Roeder helped create the centralization of patient care services, which has substantially improved access to specialty care, facilitated meaningful provider collaboration and significantly increased positive patient experiences.

In 2021, Ms. Roeder became Vice President of Operations for LVPG Musculoskeletal Services. In January 2022, Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute officially launched, and Ms. Roeder has continued to cultivate and strengthen the geographical footprint of world-class musculoskeletal care offered in 23 locations within six Pennsylvania counties.

As the leader of practice operations for LVHN’s nationally ranked orthopedics department and as an advocate for accessible, high-quality patient care, Ms. Roeder is focused on breaking down silos and creating greater flexibility that together enable the health care industry to evolve. Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Roeder has also developed and supported a variety of clinical program offerings to benefit our patients and communities, including an Advanced Spine Center, Bone Health Fracture Liaison Program and Walk-In Orthopedic Injury Centers. These programs have proven to be very successful within the broader community as evidenced by growth in visit volume, surgical procedures and revenue year over year.

A member of the American Alliance of Orthopedic Executives (AAOE), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Ms. Roeder holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and an MBA from De Sales University. She is active in the community, served as trustee for the Bethlehem Area School District foundation for six years, and is dedicated to creating strong, loyal partnerships with LVHN’s patients, colleagues and providers by focusing efforts on problem solving and collaboration. She and her husband love going to the beach, spending time with their three sons and cheering for the Freedom High School football team.
