Joseph (Joe) Pinto, MHA, is President of Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Hecktown Oaks. He also serves as Vice President of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). He is responsible for the overall operations of LVH–Hecktown Oaks, located in Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County.

Mr. Pinto has more than 25 years of health care leadership experience. Prior to joining LVHN, Mr. Pinto was Chief Operating Officer for St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Carbon County and Sacred Heart hospitals. He also served as the organization’s Vice President of Network Operations. Since 2003, Mr. Pinto held various leadership roles at St. Luke’s, including Administrative Director, Service Line Administrator and Director for Service Improvement.

Mr. Pinto received a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Scranton. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Moravian University.

Mr. Pinto currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Valley YMCA.
