Katarzyna (Kasia) was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States with her family, developing an interest in science and medicine at an early age. She attended undergraduate school at Rutgers University, majoring in biological sciences and minoring in French. Shortly after, she obtained a master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Rowan University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and began her medical education at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, pursuing her passion for primary care with a specific interest in osteopathic manipulative medicine. She has participated in foreign medical mission trips to underserved areas, medical conferences and cancer research and enjoys volunteering in the local community. During her off hours, Kasia loves to tend to her plants and aquarium, spend time outdoors and catch up with friends and family.
