Hello! My name is Kelly Neff. I am the program coordinator for the Endocrinology Fellowship. I graduated from Kutztown University in 2003 with a degree in professional writing. I came to Lehigh Valley Health Network in 2019 with no experience in health care. The minute I pulled into the parking lot for my interview, I was hooked. I sensed this energy and camaraderie that made me know I wanted to be here. I just felt like I was going to be part of something bigger, and I was right. I still have that same feeling after all these years. I enjoy meeting all the trainees and being part of their medical journey. It is such a unique experience, and I feel so privileged to do what I do.

I love spending time with my family and people I love. My husband and I grew up in the Lehigh Valley and we have no desire to leave the area. Our roots are here. We have an adorable daughter, who constantly keeps us laughing. We also have a spoiled dog named Crosby, who doesn’t seem to realize he is no longer a puppy.
