Lynn Wilson, DO
Program Director, Geriatrics Fellowship
Hi! I am the Program Director for the Geriatrics Fellowship. I grew up the oldest of four girls in East Palestine, Ohio, and completed my undergraduate training at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pa. with a degree in Genetic Engineering. I attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., where I also met my husband. I completed my Family Medicine residency at St. John-Providence Health System in Southfield, Michigan, and went on to complete a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. In 2016, I joined Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) Department of Family Medicine as a family medicine faculty attending and shortly after became Section Chief of Geriatrics in the Department of Family Medicine. In 2019, I started the Geriatric Fellowship program through a partnership of the family medicine and internal medicine department. I was pleased to be selected for a Pennsylvania Medical Society Top Physicians Under 40 award in 2022, thanks to a nomination by an LVHN colleague. My medical interests include geriatric primary care, LGBTQ aging, osteopathic manipulative medicine, relationship-centered communication, dementia, and end of life care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children, working out on my Peloton, running, traveling, trying new foods and yoga.
