Madhavi Capoccia, DO
Dr. Capoccia was raised in Chatham, New Jersey and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University. She earned her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, served at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida and again at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland as a Family Medicine Residency faculty member. After leaving Active Duty service, Dr. Capoccia joined Dewitt Army Community Hospital near Alexandria, Virginia as a Family Medicine Residency faculty member. Prior to moving to PA and Lehigh Valley Health Network, she volunteered at the Family Medicine Clinic at Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, Germany, where she earned the President’s Bronze Medal for Volunteerism. She rounded out her time at Military Treatment Facilities by working in the Primary Care Department at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, volunteering with her family in the community, and keeping up with their West Highland White Terrier, Moose.
