Marie (Kim) Jordan, DNP, RN, MHA, is President of Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Dickson City. She is responsible for overall operations at the hospital, which opened in May 2022. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of LVH–Pocono and is a member of the LVH–Dickson City and LVH–Pocono Board of Directors.

Ms. Jordan completed her Doctor in Nursing Practice at DeSales University, holds a Master in Health Administration from the University of Scranton and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the Institute of Industrial Engineers and completed a Nursing Executive Fellowship with the GE Health Management Academy.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Jordan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for LVHN. Her 30 years of experience includes a broad range of nursing activities, from bedside nursing in a surgical intensive care unit and managing service line areas of surgical oncology and orthopedics, to more advanced leadership of entire divisions of units and oversight of an entire campus’s inpatient nursing. She has presented orally on a national basis, been published several times, and holds both national and local memberships in professional nursing organizations.
