Marissa Quaglia, DO

Marissa was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She attended Seton Hall University, where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry and philosophy. This foundation inspired her desire for studying medicine that is patient-specific and addresses the complex factors that affect individual health. At Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, she quickly realized her passion was primary care. In this setting, Marissa believes she can best impact her patients through forming trusting relationships, patient education, thorough communication and preventive medicine. Marissa has interests within primary care that include palliative and end-of-life care. Her hobbies include roller blading, running, listening to acoustic music and reading motivational books!
