Nikki Alderfer, MSN, RN, is an Administrator of Patient Care Services for Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Cedar Crest. In her role, Alderfer is responsible for the medical-surgical units.

Prior to becoming Administrator of Patient Care Services, Alderfer served as Director for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at LVH–Cedar Crest. She has more than 10 years of diverse, extensive experience leading teams in both emergency services and inpatient care settings.

She was also the director liaison to the RN Engagement Council, where she co-facilitated the recognition sub-team. 

Alderfer earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in nursing from Moravian University. She is also board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
