I was born and raised in Colorado and completed my undergraduate degree at University of California Riverside with a bachelor of science in neuroscience. My education brought me to the East Coast when I completed my medical education at Temple University School of Medicine/St. Luke’s University Health Network and spent four years in Bethlehem. I completed residency training in family medicine at WellSpan York Hospital, where I served as chief resident and founded the wellness committee. I then moved back to the Lehigh Valley with my husband in 2019. I am board-certified in family medicine and currently also serve as Clerkship Director for the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine SELECT Primary Care Clerkship. Special interests include medical education, lifestyle medicine, obesity medicine and culinary medicine. In my free time, I enjoy my role as a mom to my daughter and golden retriever Charlie and practicing yoga, traveling and cooking.
