Hi I'm Shirin! I'm currently one of the second year residents. I come from a big Persian family in Baltimore, Maryland, but did my medical school training in West Virginia (Mountain mama!). I was originally attracted to Lehigh Valley because of the amazing relationship that the residents had with each other and with their attendings - and it has not disappointed! My career goals include applying to a gyn oncology fellowship and I feel very supported by my attendings and co-residents to make my goals into reality! In my spare me, I love going hiking with my husband and our dog Bodie, playing board games, and hanging out with my fellow co-residents.
