Mr. Grayuski, a member of the Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono and Pocono Health System Board of Directors, was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of ESSA Bank & Trust in May 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Grayuski served as Vice President, Human Resources Manager, since 2000. He joined ESSA Bank & Trust in 1996.

Mr. Grayuski’s responsibilities include providing strategic direction and oversight related to personnel and compensation matters for the $1.8 billion financial institution, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation, including equity-based and benefits plans. He provides strategic leadership by articulating human resources plans and strategies that support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors. Mr. Grayuski also administers the company’s executive compensation programs.  

Mr. Grayuski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from East Stroudsburg University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton. He is a graduate of the Leadership Pocono class of 1999. He currently serves on the Council of Trustees at East Stroudsburg University, the General Advisory Council for the Monroe Career and Technical Institute, and the Monroe Career Pathways Coalition. Mr. Grayuski also serves as a member of the Pocono Visiting Nurse Association/Hospice Board of Directors.
