Thomas Marchozzi, MBA, CPA, is the Executive Vice President and Integration Accountability Officer for Jefferson. In this role, he oversees the integration of Jefferson and Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), which became part of Jefferson Health in 2024. He is a member of LVHN's Neighborhood Hospital Board of Managers.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Marchozzi served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LVHN. Before joining LVHN, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Universal Health Services, Inc. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hartford HealthCare.

Mr. Marchozzi earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Drexel University. He is a Certified Financial Accountant.
