Wallie was born and raised in San Germán, Puerto Rico. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico–Mayagüez Campus where he received his B.S. in Biology. After moving to Virginia, he attended and attained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine located in Blacksburg, VA. His interests within medicine include Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine, Family Medicine and a multidisciplinary approach that impacts and caters to the available resources of the individual patient. He is a native Spanish speaker, and a fluent English speaker. His personal interests are varied. He enjoys spending some of his off time catching up to some of his favorite shows, series and games. He often meditates with a cup of coffee. He occasionally does poetry writing, enjoys listening to music and dancing, particularly Latins styles such as merengue, bachata and salsa.
