Clinical Trial: Heart and Vascular

ALL-RISE

Full Name

Advancing Cath Lab Results with FFRangio® Coronary Physiology Assessment: The ALL-RISE Study (#CWX-08)

Description

The ALL-Rise study uses pictures obtained during an angiography to measure how much a narrow heart artery is affecting blood flow. This measurement (called Fractional Flow Reserve or FFR), helps your doctor decide if your heart blockage should be treated with medicine, or a surgical procedure and medicine. FFR is currently measured using a wire inserted into the blocked artery.  The hope is that this study will prove that FFR can measured just as accurately in a noninvasive way.

Purpose

The primary objective of this trial is to test whether FFRangio®-guided treatment is non-inferior to conventional pressure wire-guided treatment in participants with coronary artery disease being evaluated for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria-including but may not be limited to:

Adult participants (≥18 years of age) presenting with chronic coronary syndrome (CCS) or Non ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) with a study lesion(s) deemed appropriate for both pressure-wire and FFRangio assessment.
