Description
Patients who choose to participate will donate tissue samples from biopsies that have already been performed for clinical purposes during the treatment of their gynecologic cancer. Tissue samples will be assigned a study generated number that will not identify them. The participant’s health information will be linked to their tissue sample with the study generated number. Only Dr. Martino will have access to the key that links the tissue sample with the participant’s name. The private health information of participants will not be shared with anyone outside of this study unless required by law.
Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria
o Must be 18 years of age or older
o Must be able to give informed consent
o Must be diagnosed with gynecological cancer
