Administrative Residency Application Instructions

Eligibility

The Administrative Residency is open to graduate students in the field of healthcare administration who are looking to complete an internship and/or the experiential learning component of their curriculum. Applicants must be pursuing an MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent master-level degree from an accredited program.

We intend for this opportunity to be an in-person experience, but it may change to a virtual experience depending on the circumstances of COVID-19 in our community.

Please note: Employment requires travel to any of the health system campuses or locations (primarily in Allentown, PA). The resident must be prepared to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. The resident must have a vehicle or other mode of transportation.
